Quitclaim Deed
documents must contain specific language
(legalese) based on state requirements
set forth in state statutes, these are
called statutory requirements.
For example,
some states require that grantor
signatures on a quitclaim deed be
witnessed and acknowledged by one or
more witnesses, other states only
require that the grantor's signature be
acknowledged be a notary public.

need is determined by the location of
