In looking at this form, please confirm that I am right or wrong. Would Bristol be used in the drop down box when asked for County on the form??? Yes or NO

| I think if the dropdown box is telling you the county name then you would select your county. |

I should have mentioned living in the City of, therefore I cannot use county, it will have to be removed from form before it is filed. This is per city office. Ran into this with DMV. Should have called before I asked ? Thanks Very Much for responding.
