Quit Claim Deed
$28.00 for the first two pages
$8.00 each for additional pages
Marginal References....... $4.00 (recordings prior to 1974)
Certified Copies... $2.00 per page + 1.00 for certification
Personal Property Tax release............ $4.00
To change a name on a Deed:
Execute a new deed;
Present it to the Auditor's Deed Transfer Department for either a "Transfer" or "No Transfer" stamp.
Present the deed to the Recorder's Office for recordation.
