Required Information For a Quit Claim Deed:
The date of the Quit Claim Deed
The names of all parties must be legible and able to be copied.
Notary public seal and notary signature per Florida Statute 117.02
Return address is required
Make sure it is Pasco County property referencing a legal description if the document deals with property
Grantor and grantees addresses pursuant to Florida Statute 695.26
Name and address of the person who prepared the Quit Claim Deed Document. The printed name must appear beneath each signature pursuant to Florida Statute 695.26
Legal description (TPN Tax Parcel Number can usually be located on a Property Tax Statement)
Consideration or Sale Price
Two witnesses must witness the signatures of the grantors. The printed name must appear beneath each signature pursuant to Florida Statute 695.26
Notary public or other authorized person to take acknowledgement whose signature appears on the Quit Claim Deed Form. The printed name must appear beneath the signature.
