Information Pertaining to Recording a Stark County Quit Claim Deed
The Stark Count Recorder maintains permanent land records, retains them in archival form, and makes them constantly accessible to the public.
Basic Recording Fees:
Quit Claim Deed, First Two Pages............ $28.00
Additional Pages after Two.................. $8.00
For entering any marginal reference by separate recorded instrument FOUR DOLLARS for each marginal reference set out in such instrument, in addition to the recording fee set forth ................................. $4.00
Copy Fee:
The cost for copies is $2.00 per page. If you need your document certified (which makes it as good as an original) there is an additional charge of $1.00
