Refunds.

All sales of digital items are final. We offer NO refunds for digital, downloadable items.

Chargebacks.

We consider all Chargebacks to be fraudulent. If a Chargeback is received a Chargeback fee of $125.00 is automatically imposed. Customers who do not bring their account current within 20 days with certified funds (cashier check or money order) will have their account submitted to an outside collections company and may include negative report to credit bureaus.

License to Use.

QuitClaimDeed.com grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our forms (the "Forms") for your own personal, internal business use, or if you are an attorney or professional, for your client. QuitClaimDeed.com has the right, in our sole and absolute discretion, to (i) edit, redact or otherwise change any User Content, (ii) re-categorize any User Content to place it in a more appropriate location or (iii) pre-screen or delete any User Content that is determined to be inappropriate or otherwise in violation of these Terms of Use, including but not limited to User Content containing offensive language and advertisements.

QuitClaimDeed.com reserves the right to refuse service to anyone and to cancel user access at any time.

Rights and Responsibilities of QuitClaimDeed.com Users or Other Posters of User Content:

You are legally and ethically responsible for any User Content - writings, files, pictures or any other work - that you post or transmit using any QuitClaimDeed.com service that allows interaction or dissemination of information.
