Andrew Ward Said: The affadavit forms fill in the blanks were not complete and many of the fields were linked improperly putting the wrong information in the provided spaces. I had to print them out and fill them in by hand. The GIT forms had the same problem. The QUIT CLAIM DEED was laid out nicely and easy to follow. I just used the previous deed to fill in the property's legal description.
